Shannon is the welcoming face and organized force behind the front desk at Backstage Dance Studio. With more than 20 years of experience in customer service, business operations, office administration, and organizational management, she brings a strong professional background and exceptional attention to detail to her role as Office Manager.

Shannon’s connection to Backstage runs even deeper, as she has been a valued part of our studio community for more than 15 years. Her longtime familiarity with our studio and families gives her a unique understanding of the needs of dancers, parents, and staff alike.

As Office Manager, Shannon helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including family communication, scheduling, registration, account support, organization, and front office coordination. Her ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes makes her an essential part of the Backstage team.

Known for her warm personality, organization, and willingness to help, Shannon is committed to making every dancer and family feel welcomed, supported, and at home from the moment they walk through our doors.
