Roxanne “Roxy” King

Roxanne “Roxy” King is CTT’s most recent company member. Born and raised in the D.C area Roxy has had the privilege to study with teachers such as Baakari Wilder, Jason Janas, Chloe Arnold, and Charles Renato. As she got older she then turned her passion for the dance towards teaching. For roughly six years Roxy was the artistic director for DynaMYTE youth tap company. At just the age of 18 she taught her first ever master class over in Brazil at the Tap in Rio festival. Since then she has been back to teach not only at Tap in Rio but other festivals in Brazil as well. In the states you catch Roxy on faculty with festivals like the DC Tap Festival or at various workshops across the country.
