Rock-N-Tots is a fun and encouraging introduction to dance created especially for our youngest dancers. Through music, movement, creative play, and age-appropriate dance activities, children begin developing coordination, balance, rhythm, body awareness, and basic movement skills.

Classes also introduce important classroom skills such as listening, following directions, taking turns, and participating independently while helping dancers build confidence and a love of movement.

Dancers may wear a leotard and tights, dance dress, or comfortable athletic clothing that allows them to move freely.

Footwear:
Ballet shoes, grip socks, or bare feet.

Hair:
Hair should be secured away from the face when possible.
