Aniyah Alvelo

Aniyah Alvelo is a dynamic dancer, choreographer, and educator with extensive training across all major styles of dance and a strong focus in Hip Hop and Jazz Funk. A lifelong competitive dancer turned professional artist, Aniyah has built a diverse performance and choreography background spanning the competition, commercial, and professional dance industries.

Her credits include live stage productions, television, and music video work. In 2024, Aniyah was selected to perform in the Monsters of Hip Hop Show, Voyage, and in 2025 returned to the production as an assistant to the director and choreographers for Rooted, working alongside some of the industry’s leading dancers and creatives.

Aniyah’s experience also extends internationally. In 2019, she represented the United States as a member of Team USA, competing at the IDO Hip Hop World Championships.

As a choreographer, Aniyah has created award-winning competitive pieces and is known for bringing strong musicality, creativity, performance quality, and current industry influence to her work. She continues to actively pursue her professional dance career while sharing that experience with her students, inspiring dancers to develop versatility, confidence, individuality, and a strong foundation for wherever dance may take them.
