TD Ayo-Durojaiye

My name is TD Ayo-Durojaiye and I am a graduate of Damascus High School (‘19) and Villanova University (‘23). During my time at Damascus I lettered in Football, Track & Field and Basketball. I am a 2x All County and 1x All Met as a football player and 5x Regional Champion and State Finalist in the Long Jump. During my time at Villanova I was a 2x CAA Champion and 3x All-Conference Specialist. I Started training clients during the pandemic and I use both my experience as a high level athlete and what I’ve learned in my time with my own to help prepare the athletes of today for success. I began branching out to making programs for people of all ages and walks of life and I truly enjoy helping people better their fitness and reach their goals.
